ARTIST BIO:
Sapphire McKnight is a Minnesota native, a college student, and a lifelong artist. She loves drawing whenever she can. She has made unique pieces with found images, but especially loves drawing with pencil, pen, and water colours. She has proudly worked at People’s Food Co-Op for four years, where she has enjoyed helping others, creating chalk-art signs, and turning food into art. When she’s not busy creating, she enjoys biking, spending time with friends, and petting cats and dogs. After she graduates, Sapphire hopes to travel and use her creative skills as an illustrator.
